PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Individual training is very important for a football player, it never replaces group team training, but it helps the young players to individually improve many different parts of their performance, such as individual technique, speed, endurance, explosiveness, balance, flexibility, pace, speed of thought, individual tactical behavior, efficiency & psychology.
The personal training program of the Valencia CF Academy in all the academies of the Valencia CF network in Greece Cyprus is aimed at children from 10 years old to professional athletes. It includes, depending on the athlete needs, specialized training program based on his own needs.
Features of Valencia CF Academy Greece – Personal Training.
• The personal trainer takes into account many parameters concerning the football player, such as age, physical characteristics, his position on the field, his training experience, his special qualities or weaknesses and of course the athlete personality.
• The personal trainer deals exclusively with the youth player, understands his needs, adapts and modifies the exercises in each training according to his physical condition, his needs and the points where he needs more work.
• The personal trainer supervises closely and in every detail the correct execution of the exercises and the progress of the training, encourages and motivates the athlete so that he gets immediate results.
Individual Trainings:
- Improvement of Neuromuscular Coordination
- Improving Physical Condition
- Improvement of Individual Technique
- Improvement of Individual Tactics
- Video analysis (understanding and correction)
Groups of 4 children (will be formed with children of the same level and/or close age groups)
Training days: upon request.
Training Duration: 60 minutes.
Training Cycle: Shorter training cycle can be one (1) training session per week for a
month.
