Dear parents and young football players,
The Valencia CF Academy Summer Camp Tarnów offers a unique opportunity for young football players to train using the methodology of one of Europe’s most respected football academies — Valencia CF.
The camp is organized by the Małopolski Football Association – Tarnów Subdistrict, with the support of football clubs from across the region, which will participate as official partners and contribute to the development of youth football.
The camp is open to boys and girls aged 8–16 who wish to improve their football skills and experience a professional training environment.
Camp Venue
The camp will take place at the TOSiR Sports Stadium named after Coach Emil Wzorek, a modern sports facility located in Tarnów.
The stadium provides excellent conditions for football training and development, featuring high-quality pitches and infrastructure suitable for both technical sessions and match play.

Camp Organization
The camp is organized by the Małopolski Football Association – Tarnów Subdistrict, https://ppntarnow.pl/, the regional district branch responsible for organizing and developing football in the Tarnów area.
Operating within the structure of the Małopolski Football Association, the Tarnów district coordinates football activities for numerous clubs in the region and oversees local league competitions, youth tournaments, and grassroots football initiatives.
The district plays an important role in the development of young players by organizing youth leagues, supporting local clubs, and promoting football participation across the region. Through its activities, it contributes to the education and development of players, coaches, and referees.
By working closely with clubs, schools, and football institutions, the Tarnów district supports the growth of football and provides opportunities for young athletes to develop their skills in a structured and competitive environment.
Valencia CF Academy Philosophy
Valencia CF has built an international reputation for its outstanding youth academy, which has produced world-class footballers and is widely recognized for its modern training methodology and player development philosophy.
The Valencia CF Academy Soccer Camps help young players around the world learn the fundamentals of football while experiencing the training methods used by the club’s academy.
The camps combine education, sport, and fun, creating an environment where players can improve their skills while enjoying the game. At the same time, the camps aim to identify talented young players and support their development.
Coaching Staff
Two official coaches from the Valencia CF Academy will coordinate the camp and ensure that the club’s training methodology is delivered to all participants.
They will be supported by qualified coaches from local partner clubs.
Training Methodology
The Valencia CF Academy methodology is based on a team-centered approach and can be summarized through three key principles:
- Motivation
Encouraging participants to develop their passion for football and their desire to learn. - Training
Teaching the technical and tactical principles of the game through structured exercises. - Application
Allowing players to apply what they have learned through game situations and competitive activities.
Training Program
The camp program includes a complete training schedule adapted to the age and level of the participants.
Training sessions may include:
- Dynamic warm-ups and coordination exercises with or without the ball
- Individual technical and tactical development
- Small-sided games
- Modified and positional games
- Tactical awareness and decision-making exercises
- Match simulations and evaluation games
